Love them both
Wish I could tell you what this smells like…Didn’t receive the items. Evri damaged my parcel and told me to get in contact with CoolSoothe. Customer service email didn’t reply for a week, then I filled out their enquiry form and still no reply two weeks later. Messaged their instagram last Tuesday to be told they would look into it and get back to me asap. I messaged again Monday (another week later) for an update and they looked at the message and ignored me. So nearly a month waiting for help and nothing.
Such a shame as the products I’ve tried previously are really good. Out of principle I’ll be finding another tattoo aftercare brand and won’t be buying from them again.
I’m not one to leave bad reviews but to leave someone nearly a month without what they’ve paid for and then ignore them is not cool.
