With over 20 years of experience as a professional tattoo artist and studio owner, Benj brings a deep understanding of the tattoo industry and the importance of effective aftercare. Having worked closely with clients throughout every stage of the tattoo journey, he has witnessed first-hand the challenges of healing and the impact that quality aftercare products can have on results. His extensive industry knowledge and commitment to research and development have been instrumental in shaping Cool Soothe's product range, ensuring every product meets the practical needs of both artists and their clients.
Michael – European Communications Director
With nearly a decade of experience in the tattoo supply and distribution industry, Michael brings extensive knowledge of the European tattoo market and its evolving needs. As a co-owner of a successful tattoo ink brand, he has worked closely with artists, studios, distributors, and manufacturers across Europe, developing a deep understanding of the industry's standards and challenges. His expertise in communication, brand development, and market relationships helps strengthen Cool Soothe's presence throughout Europe while ensuring the company remains closely connected to the tattoo community it serves.
Samuele – Content Creator & Marketing Manager
Samuele is a highly skilled videographer and content creator with over six years of experience working freelance within the tattoo industry. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with tattoo artists, studios, and brands to produce engaging content that captures the creativity and culture of the industry. His passion for storytelling and visual media led him to join Cool Soothe as a full-time team member, where he oversees content creation and marketing. Through his creative vision and industry experience, Samuele plays a key role in building the Cool Soothe brand and connecting with the tattoo community across multiple platforms.
Faye – Production Technician
Despite being one of the youngest members of the team, Faye has been immersed in the tattoo industry for most of her life. As Benj's daughter, she has grown up around tattoo studios, artists, and conventions, attending industry events from as young as seven years old. This early exposure gave her a unique insight into the culture and community that surrounds tattooing, helping to develop a genuine passion for the industry. Since turning 18, she has continued her own tattoo journey while bringing enthusiasm, dedication, and a fresh perspective to her role at Cool Soothe, where she plays an important part in the production and preparation of our products.
Jonathon – Sales Executive
Jonathon brings a wealth of experience from a diverse professional background, including service in the military, logistics management within the aerospace sector, and work in close protection. These roles have helped him develop exceptional communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a people-first approach that makes him a natural fit for sales. A long-time admirer of tattoo culture, Jonathon has always been drawn to the creativity and sense of community that surrounds the industry.
