Returns & refunds
Our products are sealed for health and hygiene reasons. For safety and contamination prevention we do not accept returns for change of mind once the product seal has been broken or the product has been used. If the sealed packaging remains intact and the product is unused, returns for change of mind are not offered as a matter of course; any exception is at our sole discretion.

Faulty, mis-described or unfit goods
Your statutory rights are unaffected. If a product is faulty, mis-described or unfit for purpose you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under UK law. If you believe the item is faulty or not as described you must notify us promptly and provide details and, where possible, photos showing the issue. We will advise you of the next steps and, where return of the item is necessary, will normally cover return postage for items that are accepted as faulty. We will process refunds, repairs or replacements in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations. GOV.UK+1

Inspection on delivery
Please inspect goods on receipt. If the item is damaged in transit or clearly incorrect, notify us as soon as possible and provide photographic evidence.

Where returns are accepted
If we agree to accept a return for any reason, the item must be returned in its original sealed packaging and in saleable condition (unless the return is due to a fault). We recommend using a tracked service — you are responsible for loss in transit unless we have agreed otherwise.
