Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering.
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If your parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or could not be delivered, we may charge a redelivery fee. If you request a refund instead, original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us promptly so that we can resolve the issue.
