I hardly ever write negative reviews but my experience with Cool Soothe wasn’t good I’m afraid. This was my second order - 250ml tin of the blackcurrant and liquorice tattoo balm and a tube of the new tattoo barrier gel to try.
Unfortunately, the order was delivered to the wrong address - sent to house number 117 instead of 177 ok, this was a delivery error. When I found it, the package and tin was badly damaged and the tattoo barrier gel was missing. The packaging itself wasn’t great, the tin was only wrapped up in a thin padded envelope.
I sent two emails via the SHOP App and their review us email I received. I also reached out to Cool Soothe via their contact us form via their website explaining the situation - asking either for a refund on the missing tattoo barrier gel or for a replacement to be sent out - I received no reply to all my efforts to contact them!
It’s such as shame as their first delivery - the starter pack was great, and their tattoo balm is excellent but, badly let down by very poor customer service …. Sorry!
Love the smell mmmm
A little goes a very long way once warm, skin was soft and tattoo bright A++ will be back for bigger when my little runs out, although I like the Keychain holder and the small! Decisions haha. Can't wait for more flavors! Strawberry or Vimto please!
Disappointed as it doesn't smell like i was hoping but as far as balm go its ok
Great product had my tattoo done a month ago. This product after washing with soap bar then applying the balm really makes it pop
Also using all the products in the care kit has helped the healing process.
