I genuinely didn’t expect Cool Soothe to grow this quickly

I’ve been tattooing for years, so starting an aftercare brand was never about jumping on a trend or trying to make some generic skincare company.

Tattooing’s been a massive part of my life for a long time, and over the years my family ended up getting brought into the industry too. They’ve grown up around tattoo shops, conventions, long sessions, and everything that comes with it.

So when we started Cool Soothe back in September, it just felt like a natural thing to do.

We wanted to make products that actually felt like they belonged in tattoo culture.

Not overdesigned.
Not clinical.
Not pretending to understand the industry from the outside.

Just proper aftercare made by people who are actually part of it.

Since launching, the support’s honestly been unreal.

We’ve had thousands of orders, artists all over the UK recommending the products, and loads of repeat customers coming back again and again.

What’s probably been the maddest part for me personally is that Cool Soothe now works closely with people I’ve met through tattooing over the years. Artists, studio owners, and people from conventions I’ve known for ages are now part of what we’re building, which still feels a bit surreal at times.

Because things have grown so quickly, we’ve recently expanded our workspace by 100% just to keep up with demand properly.

Which is mental considering we only launched a few months ago.

But at the end of the day, we’re still a family-run business doing everything ourselves and putting everything straight back into growing the brand properly.

Seeing Cool Soothe becoming one of the fastest-growing tattoo aftercare brands in the UK already honestly means a lot.

Especially because it’s all happened through word of mouth, artists backing us, and people genuinely rating the products.

So if you’ve supported us in any way — ordered, shared a post, stocked the products, or recommended us to someone — thank you.

Seriously.
